Basic Information
The Wrist Traction Tower is designed in conjunction with William Geissler, MD, the Wrist Traction Tower provides stable traction with virtually unrestricted access to the wrist during arthroscopy and fracture reduction.
Key Features
- Moving Support
Moving the support for the traction away from the wrist allows access for surgeon, instruments and fluoroscopy. - Pivoting Wrist Joint
Centering the tower wrist joint at the axis of wrist rotation allows flexion/extension of the patient's wrist while under traction. - Rotating Support Arm
Swinging 180 degrees, the support arm rotates around the elbow for even better access to the wrist. - Ventilated Arm Plates
Cutouts in the arm plates allow for maximum ventilation, shorten cooling time and minimize the risk of patient injury. - Improved Finger Traps
Double walled finger traps hold better and reduce slippage. Autoclavable, they are multiple use items which saves money over time.
