Königsee Proximal Humerus Plate
– Small Fragment

Introduction

The Königsee Proximal Humeral Plate, small fragment, is an anatomically designed plate with locking screws. It’s a safe implant, anchoring well in ostheoporotic bone, and reducing the risk of avascular necrosis of the humeral head. The diverging screw positioning in the humeral head gives a high primary stability and enables an early post-operatively therapy. The optional plates with variable angle for the locking screws, give the surgeon more possibilities to capture fragments or to avoid disadvantageous screw positions in the humeral head.
