The Königsee Proximal Humeral Plate, big fragment, is an anatomically designed plate with locking screws. It’s a safe implant, anchoring well in ostheoporotic bone, and reducing the risk of avascular necrosis of the humeral head. The diverging screw positioning in the humeral head gives a high primary stability and enables an early post-operatively therapy.
